Pair with your favorite crackers, breads, The Good Cheese and fine olives for a delicious mezze, or use to elevate your cooking game. Store in freezer or refrigerator. Will keep for one month in the refrigerator. Top oil layer can be removed or mixed in to spread before using. May contain an occasional lemon seed.

I ordered a jar of preserved lemons and they are great for adding brightness to so many things! They have already elevated coleslaw, pasta salad, and a really nice homemade vegan tartar sauce! I’m about to put a dollop in a pesto! A little goes a long way!
I’ve only tried this on crackers so far but WOW, this reminds me of Lemon Meringue pie. So many possibilities in a jar, a little goes a long way!
