The Mia Ricotta was an excellent addition to the noodle Kugel I made with spinach and mushrooms.
I had a fresh loaf of Schiaccatte bread and spread some slices with fresh Tuscan olive oil and balsamic vinegar and felt like I was on a family olive farm kitchen in Tuscany!
Good flavora nd texture
The most versatile cheese. We love it with some spicy maple syrup on a waffle. Devine.
