Burrata is a mozzarella round with a creamy interior of stracciatella- a mix of cream and mozzarella pieces. This decadent cheese is best enjoyed with your favorite bread, some good olive oil, and bright spices like zaatar or sumac. (4.5oz)

Ingredients

Organic Cashews, Organic Cashew Soy Yogurt (Soy Milk, Cashews, Cultures), Water, Agar Powder, Tapioca Flour, Salt, Organic Psyllium Husk, Xanthan Gum, Organic White Miso (Organic whole soybeans, organic handmade rice koji, sun-dried sea salt, Blue Ridge Mountain well water, koji spores)

Storage & Serving Notes

Storage: Store covered in brine in refrigerator (brine: 1/8tsp table salt to 1c water). Will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
Serving: Keep refrigerated until serving. Add to your favorite dish just at the end of cooking for a soft, creamy treat.

As with all of the Kind Kitchen Eats products, this one did not disappoint. Firmer deliciousness on the outside with softer deliciousness on the inside. The first vegan version of a burrata that I’ve ever seen. Simply amazing!
