Storage & Serving Notes

Storage: Keep frozen or refrigerated, wrapped in plastic wrap and stored in an airtight container. Will keep for 3 weeks in the refrigerator, at which time it will continue to keep, but will sharpen slightly in flavor.
Serving: Keep cold until serving, especially in warm weather, as this cheese is very creamy!
