Storage & Serving Notes

Storage: Keep refrigerated, wrapped in plastic wrap and stored in an airtight container. Will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator, at which time it will continue to keep, but will sharpen slightly in flavor. This cheese has kept well in the refrigerator for a couple of months. It can also be stored in the freezer for up to 4 months.
Serving: Keep cold until serving, especially in warm weather, as this cheese is very creamy!
