Du'ah Raspberry Chèvre-like (Limited Edition)

Du'ah is a nut & seed blend that hails from my childhood, and has as many variations as there are dialects in the Middle East. My family recipe is a blend I've only ever seen at the local Aleppian Jewish grocery store around the corner from my childhood home. It has hazelnuts, peanuts, sesame, coriander and cumin, all toasted and blended to create a nutty, earthy and delicious mixture. Dried raspberries brighten the du’ah perfectly, making every bite of this fermented Chèvre-like absolutely delicious. (4oz)
